Richmond, CA – The Royal Tribal Supreme Court for Indian Offenses (RTSCIO) is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, www.courtofindianoffenses.org.

The Royal Tribal Supreme Court for Indian Offenses was established in 2022 by Chief Administrative Justice Jaguar Black-Eagle, Chief Tecumseh Brown-Eagle of the Erie MoundBuilders and Chief Strongbones Thunderbird Black-Eagle, of the Guale Yamassee Tribal Republic. RTSCIO is a very unique court system that serves the needs of copper-colored tribes and their members (for centuries, misnomer Black, African American, Negro and colored). Therefore, we will work closely with the Bureau of Energy and Department of Justice to make sure that the public is aware of our existence and receive any support afforded us.

The RTSCIO has jurisdiction over a wide range of criminal and civil matters, including but not limited to offenses against Indians such as domestic violence, child custody, contract and land disputes. The Iroquois Treaty governs our covenant with its great law. We embrace the United Nations “Right of Self-Determination” and stand in conjunction with the Pope’s 2013 Moto-Proprio, acknowledging crimes against the genocidal nature of colonization of the Americas which resulted in final judgement and civil orders against crimes of humanity.

Public Servants must return to serving the people by upholding their oaths and allegiance to the people. RTSCIO will work diligently to educate and restore access to the lawful system of justice and our new website is an important step in that direction. We are excited about the potential of this new resource to improve access to justice for all tribal members,” said Chief Justice Khepri_Ra. Users can access information about the Court’s Native American, Indigenous, Autochthonous history, jurisdiction, and procedures. They can also find contact information for the Court and its judges.

In addition to improving access to legal resources, we are pleased to announce the Royal Tribal Supreme Court University (RTSCU). In June 2023, RTSCU will roll-out four (4) new training programs: the 5-Month Tribal Law Advocacy Program, 2-week Tribal Notary Program, 5-Month Marshall Program and the 2-week Chaplaincy Program. These Programs will establish the Court’s efficacy and access to a larger base of professionals, trained to assist our members.

The Royal Tribal Supreme Court for Indian Offenses encourages all tribal members and others who need to interact with the Court to visit www.courtofindianoffenses.org to learn more.
